More Money May Promotion is on now until midnight May 31st, 2011!
Double the usual referral fee (now $1000) paid out on closing to anyone who refers a friend or relative to me for real estate services (buying or selling) from now until the end of May*. The spring real estate season is in full swing and now is a great time to look at real estate, before "summer brain" sets in. *All promotional money will be paid on completion of a resulting real estate transaction. In order to qualify for the promotion, first introduction must be made before midnight on May31st, 2011. Due to the nature of the real estate business, completion of a resulting real estate transaction must be by August 31st, 2011 to qualify for the increased referral fee. Otherwise, the standard referral fee will be paid. In compliance with RESA, the principal to the transaction must be made aware of and agree to the referral fee.
